Coffee on the porch with dog snuggles, a walk through my local nature trail, finding a good patio for drinks and snacks, with some live music thrown in the mix!

A voice-over artist for Disney

What was your first job and how old were you?

How did you get into event planning?
I love helping people bring their vision to life and being someone they can rely on throughout the process. I briefly planned weddings and then landed a Development job at a local nonprofit. I loved this niche of using my skills to plan events but for a cause!
What's your idea of a great weekend?
Most of my weekends revolve around my dog, Toomey, and I love it. She's a German Shorthaired Pointer and is FULL of energy so my husband and I typically fill our weekends with going to the park, walks, or taking her to the lake. This + good coffee, resting, and exercising is my idea of a great weekend!
What did you want to be when you grew up?
A veterinarian!

My husband had all of my friends + family write me a letter for my 27th birthday. It was such a surprise + so kind. I reread the letters every birthday and it brings me so much joy!

Thanksgiving. I love that you can take most of the commercialism out of this holiday, and just be with your family and friends enjoying good food and making great memories.

How did you get into event planning?
I've always loved organizing experiences for groups of people that lifted their spirits and created a feeling of inclusion and community.
What's your idea of a great weekend?
A perfect weekend would involve beautiful weather, outdoor exercise, lounging by a pool or beach, doing something fun with my kids, and having a date night with my husband. (oh, and cleaning the house of course, ha!)

An actress! I got close by being on stage as an Benefit Auctioneer
